Motor Vehicle Accident in Hudson County, New Jersey, settles for $1.25 million.

On July 6, 2017, plaintiff, Clinton Boutin, was a bus passenger, riding in a “Yep Tours” bus, when the bus collided with a Honda sedan, then struck a lamppost. As a result of the accident, Mr. Boutin sustained a tear in his right shoulder, a herniation in his cervical spine, cervical radiculopathy, and several bulging discs. It was determined that the bus driver was speeding and driving carelessly and recklessly. The Honda’s $50,000 insurance policy was tendered to Mr. Boutin. The case then settled with the bus company for an additional $1.25 million.
