On January 24, 2017, a commercial pick-up truck rear ended Plaintiff’s, Maria Jimenez de Mendez, vehicle. As a result of the accident, Ms. Jimenez de Mendez suffered back injuries, specifically a herniated disc and disc bulges. Ms. Jimenez de Mendez attempted to treat her injuries with physical therapy, but later was required to undergo a fusion with instruments for her lumbar spine. The case settled for $400,000.
