On April 11, 2019, a vehicle drove through a stop sign and struck the side of Plaintiff’s, Alfred Romaniello, vehicle. As a result of the accident, Mr. Romaniello suffered injuries to his shoulder, neck, and back. Mr. Romaniello sustained numerous tears, herniations to his cervical spine, aggravation of a pre-existing herniation to his lumbar spine, and lumbar radiculopathy. Mr. Romaniello underwent several procedures, for example arthroscopy at his left shoulder. The case settled for $375,000
