Motor Vehicle Accidents
Accidents involving motor vehicles are very common and can be devastating. Drivers and operators of other motor vehicles owe a duty to other drivers, passengers, and pedestrians on the road to drive safely. When drivers are unsafe, for example by texting and driving, drunk driving, distracted driving, and speeding, they can cause devastating accidents resulting in severely injuring others. If you or someone you know was involved in a motor vehicle accident, it is very important to seek medical attention immediately. For a free consultation, contact me today.

Premises Liability
Property owners owe a duty to keep individuals on their property safe. Premises liability cases result when property owners fail to keep their premises safe. Some examples of cases that often arise stem from the failure to properly maintain the grounds, stairways, elevators, and parking lots. In many cases, to prove a premises liability case, you need to establish the property owner knew or reasonably should have known of the dangerous condition that caused the accident, and that the property owner failed to repair the dangerous condition or warn individuals of the dangerous condition. If you or someone you know one was injured while on another’s property, contact me today for a free consultation.

Oftentimes accidents occur due to hazards such as falling debris and unsafe scaffolds, and sometimes, people are injured while walking by a construction site. If you are a construction worker injured while working at a construction site, or a passerby injured while unknowingly walking near an unsafe construction site, call me today for a free consultation.

Product Liability
Consumers have a general trust that the products on the market are safe. Unfortunately, products are not always as heavily regulated as one would expect, and oftentimes products are regulated but they’re manufactured or designed poorly—creating unsafe products. Generally, there are three types of product liability cases. Manufacturing defects can occur when the manufacturer deviates from the product they are intending on manufacturing. This can result in defective products that are unsafe because of a mistake made during the manufacturing process. Design defects can occur where a manufacturer poorly designs a product causing it to be unsafe. Where a manufacturer fails to provide adequate warnings or instructions concerning the proper use of the product, and injuries result that are directly caused by the manufacturer’s failure to warn, a user may have a failure to warn claim against the manufacturer.

Unsafe Medical Devices
Where an individual has a medical device implanted in their body, and the medical device is unsafe, the results can be devastating, often causing serious injury or death. Oftentimes when an individual is deciding whether or not to have a medical device implanted in their body, they believe that they are being warned of all the risks by their treating physician. However, often, the treating physician is not told of all of the risks, and the individual finds out later, sometimes years later, that they have an unsafe medical device in their body that has caused irreparable damage. If you or someone you know has had an unsafe medical device implanted in their body, call me today for a free consultation.

Nursing Home Negligence
A nursing home should be a place of a trust and comfort. Unfortunately, people are sometimes mistreated while in the care of a nursing home facility. If nursing home abuse or neglect occurs, I am here to pursue justice for that mistreatment. Examples of nursing home negligence include negligent hiring, negligent supervision, where residents and employees are not properly supervised, unsanitary conditions and dangerous hazards, and substandard care. Contact me today for a free evaluation to determine whether are you or someone you know may have a claim against a nursing home facility.
